Anna Graves in The Mystery of Edwin Drood

SBV talent Anna Graves performing in The Mystery of Edwin Drood as two different characters on different nights.... the opium den queen Princess Puffer or the male impersonator portraying the role of young Edwin Drood...as well as another mystery man.  The Princess Puffer role is a little more entertaining... but she only has two more nights of playing that role.  If you are there when she's playing Princess Puffer, you can vote for her as the murderer or a star-crossed lover. Yes, the audience chooses the endings in this show! It is the musical rendition of Charles Dickens' last novel which he never finished before his death. Therefore the audience must decide the fate of the characters. John Larroquette joins the cast of Boston Legal

Catch John Larroquette as he joins the cast of ABC's hit Boston Legal   playing new senior partner Carl Sack airing Tuesdays at 10 PM / 9 PM Central.  This week's premiere Beauty and the Beast episode begins at a special time of 9:30 PM / 8:30 PM Central. SBV Talent Alice Ghostley Passes Away

LOS ANGELES (AP) ” Alice Ghostley, the Tony Award-winning actress best known on television for playing Esmeralda on Bewitched and Bernice on Designing Women, has died. She was 81. Ghostley died Friday at her home in Studio City after a long battle with colon cancer and a series of strokes, longtime friend Jim Pinkston said. Ghostley made her Broadway debut in Leonard Sillman's New Faces of 1952. She received critical acclaim for singing The Boston Beguine, which became her signature song. Miles Kreuger, president of the Los Angeles-based Institute of the American Musical, said part of Ghostley's charm was that she was not glamorous. She was rather plain and had a splendid singing voice, and the combination of the well-trained, splendid singing voice and this kind of dowdy homemaker character was so incongruous and so charming, Kreuger said.
